Our comprehensive health care is provided by a great inter-professional team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Dieticians, Social Workers, chiropodists, a Diabetes Education Program.

We address various social determinants of health impacting the community. Our health promotion focuses on lifestyle modification, community engagement, education, awareness and capacity building.
