Counselling Services

Our services address a wide variety of issues spanning from trauma (sexual and physical), depression, mental health, anxiety, low self esteem and/or societal stressors relating to the Social Determinants of Health (racism, poverty, housing, employment, family issues, etc.). Through therapy clients are empowered:

  • To play an active role in the development of their recovery model of care.
