Capital Project ~ Our future home
In June 2008, the Ministry of Health & Long Term Care officially approved TAIBU’s Capital Project application for the internal leasehold improvements required to accommodate TAIBU Community Health Centre and Pharmacy. The estimated total cost of the project is $ 3,200,000 CND.
Accordingly, Davpart Inc., the landlords of the Malvern Town Centre has constructed the new building to house TAIBU Community Health Centre and a Pharmacy in the parking lot across from the Mall.
TAIBU will occupy approximately 14,500 sq. ft. of the building, which will include ample community programming space, a functional and instructional community kitchen area, with the clinical section providing primary medical care services.
